The Southwest Territory is identified as the following USA states in their entirety: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial activities of existing and new distributors of RUPES and Cyclo products within the region.
  • Training of existing and new distributors of RUPES and Cyclo products within the region, in concert with Global Training Manager as needed.
  • Identifying, engaging and onboarding candidates for distribution of RUPES and Cyclo products in areas of the region that currently lack such representation.
  • Arranging and implementing field support for existing and new distributors of RUPES and Cyclo products within the region.
  • Introducing new products to existing and new distributors of RUPES and Cyclo products within the region, in concert with the Global Training Manager as needed.
  • Supporting company activities in areas other than the Sothwest region as required.
  • Contributing to sales reports for the specific territory and achieving yearly sales goals.
  • Reporting industry trends and opportunities to the National Sales Manager.
  • Managing any manufacturers representatives contracted by Rupes USA and operating within the designated Southwest area.

The position of Area Sales Manager requires extensive interaction with local distributors and end users in the Southwest Territory as well as occasional overnight travel to other geographic market areas in the region. The frequency of overnight travel will be determined during strategy sessions with the National Sales Manager.
