The new WAFFLE Pads are available in four sizes and three different levels of hardness following the RUPES blue, yellow, and white color-coded system.

The WAFFLE COARSE FOAM PAD is the coarsest of our Rotary Waffle Pad range. Made of a blue foam material, this pad provide high performance and aggressive removal of severe defects and sanding marks on painted surfaces. Thanks to the waffle pad face, the Waffle Coarse Pad provides rotational stability and reduces heat build-up caused by rotary motion. The blue Waffle foam pads for rotary are designed to work with the BigFoot LH19E and any other rotary polisher. We recommend pairing them with our Rotary Coarse Compound.
The waffle design of the pad surface generates a smooth polishing experience and increases user comfort. Since the waffle-shaped face of these pads does not totally touch the surface, they work at a cooler level, reducing the risk of overheating the paint.

The WAFFLE FINE FOAM PAD can remove moderate surface defects and imperfections while leaving an excellent finish. The new waffle pad surface provides a smooth and comfortable polishing experience. They are designed to work with the BigFoot LH19E and any other rotary polisher. We recommend pairing them with our Rotary Fine Compound.

The WAFFLE ULTRA-FINE FOAM PAD is designed to remove fine imperfections and create an unbelievably high gloss finish. The waffle pad face, perfect against the stress caused by rotary motion, offers a great stability when correcting paint defects or removing haze left by previous heavier polishing phases. These pads are designed to work with the BigFoot LH19E and any other rotary polisher. We recommend pairing them with our UNO Pure Compound.

Four sizes are available to support different backing plates for the LHR19E. High-performance foam. The face material for each pad was developed to deliver the highest quality results possible for its given performance range including tweaks to fiber length, density, and denier.
The WAFFLE FACE design of WF-series rotary foam pads reduces surface contact and provides a smoother and more controlled user experience. Waffle patterns have become popular for rotary pads in several industries because they reduce the lateral steering created by the rotary’s movement. The waffle pattern does reduce cutting action and finishing marginally due to the reduced surface contact.
