The D-A Trial Kit Golden Ticket Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“EST”) on April 9th, 2021 and ends once the Golden Ticket is found and redeemed. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents, 18 years of age or older, of one of the continental United States except where prohibited by law. Not valid in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations, or Canada. Winner must be of legal age of majority at the time of entry. Individuals and anyone residing in the same household as those employed by RUPES, their vendors, suppliers, authorized distributors, or marketing partners are not eligible for the sweepstakes. Winners found to have tampered with, or intentionally sold the kit containing the Golden Ticket to a predetermined individual for personal or financial gain will be subject to legal action.

The Sponsor will conduct a random placement of the Golden Ticket into one of the D-A Trial Kits produced and shipped within the continental USA during the promotion period. Placement and shipment destination of the kit containing the Golden Ticket will be at random. In the event the ticket is discovered outside of the eligible contest area (continental USA) alternative prize options will be presented.

The entrant that discovers the Golden Ticket is entitled to an all-expenses-paid trip to Colorado where they will be provided personalized training at the RUPES USA BigFoot Detailing Academy. Prize pack is to include:

• Round trip airfare to/from Denver International Airport (economy class or equivalent)
• 3 nights hotel stay at the Omni Interlocken Resort (standard room)
• Personalized training program conducted by RUPES USA in the BigFoot Detailing Academy (maximum 2 days)
• Daily per diem to cover offsite meals and expenses
• Merchandise and exclusive promotional items

By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and cannot be challenged or appealed.
