4-DAY SHOW CAR QUALITY – SANDING, POLISHING, AND FINISHING COURSE – March 26-29, 2024

This 4-day class is for experienced painters or detailers serious about leveling-up their skills and confidence finishing repainted cars to flat, mirror-like image quality, with show-worthy results!

The ultimate sanding, polishing, and finishing course at the world-class RUPES BigFoot Detailing Academy. If you’ve ever wanted to learn what it takes to finish paint to the highest levels possible, this is the course for you! Learn the intricacies, techniques, and science of sanding aftermarket paint to produce show-winning results from our globally recognized team of trainers. Students will be immersed in a 4-day experience where they’ll get expert instruction and then work right alongside our team as together they complete a full sanding, compounding, and finish on a freshly repainted restoration vehicle (yes, the entire vehicle!). This class is not for the faint of heart or the inexperienced. Your existing skills will be tested and you will work hard to complete the car in just 4 days. IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS CLASS IS FOR EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS ONLY. To ensure that your skills and the content are aligned, an interview will be conducted by the lead instructors prior to registration to determine eligibility for the class. If you are not approved for participation, your registration fee will be fully refunded.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

TRAVEL & LODGING – The class fee does not include hotel or airfare. All students traveling by air should book flights to arrive at Denver International Airport which is approximately 40 minutes from the RUPES facility. Rental car, cab, or rideshare will be required. RUPES provides access to our corporate rate at the nearby Omni Interlocken Resort, and there are several hotel options nearby.

FOOD – RUPES will supply coffee and snacks in the morning, beverages throughout the class, and lunch each day. Dinners are on-your-own, but we encourage students to connect and coordinate dinners to strengthen their professional network and exchange ideas.

*Note – classes at the BigFoot Detailing Academy are technically focused and do not include business management, marketing, or operational coaching. 100% of the training is spent on the technical applications of sanding and polishing procedures.
