We are very pleased to announce that we will have the opportunity to receive Todd Helme, senior coach at RUPES USA, Inc. for a 2-day event with Rupes official 2-day Expert level Sanding and Polishing Techniques Training.

This is the highest level of training available at Rupes USA in Colorado but will take place at our facility in late May.

2 groups of 10 people will be admitted during the event, lunch, and dinner included. The seats will fly away very quickly so don’t delay!

The training will be led by Todd Helme (Rupes USA) and Carson Rasmussen (Sonax Canada), the entire Passion team will be present to support and perform the translation (training will be given in English)

◾ The “go, or no go” paint evaluation process

◾ Sanding / Machine sanding, including texture leveling versus texture matching

◾ Proper use of full panel sanding for an effective paint correction process

◾ Rotary polishing techniques

◾ Orbital Gear Polishing Techniques

◾ Random orbital polishing techniques

◾ Technical adjustments for situational performance gains with all tool movements

◾ Selection of polishing buffers and optimization of buffers for results

◾ Working tools and use of compact tools with maximum efficiency

◾ Polishing science and dynamics of paint reaction to abrasion

◾ Express paint correction, 1-step procedures, maximizing profits by delivering customer-pleasing results
